## 1. Purpose
This policy sets out how [ORGANISATION] uses artificial intelligence (AI) in
its communications and operations, and how we disclose that use to the people
we interact with.

## 2. Disclosure
- Any automated assistant that communicates on our behalf identifies itself as
  AI.
- We do not present AI-generated content as if written by a specific named
  person without review by that person or an authorised colleague.

## 3. Human oversight
- A person reviews and approves anything sensitive before it is sent — this
  includes financial, legal, medical, safeguarding and complaint-related
  communications.
- Staff can correct, override or stop any AI-assisted process.

## 4. Escalation
- Anyone interacting with our AI can request a human at any point, and we honour
  that request promptly.

## 5. Data handling
- We use data to operate the service, not to train AI models.
- Data is retained for [RETENTION PERIOD] and processed in [REGION / PROVIDER].

## 6. Audit trail
