- AI Workflow Audit. We map one workflow, your systems and your data, and agree the scope and the baseline.
- Assistant Launch. Typically 3–6 weeks to a live, supervised assistant, with your team onboarded.
- Review at 30 days. We compare against the baseline. Continue on the care retainer, or walk away.
