What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

1.1 Contact form and scorecard

Name, email, phone (contact form only), company, and the message or scorecard answers you choose to send. We use them to reply to you and to scope any work you ask about.

1.2 Website assistant

If you talk or type to the assistant, the conversation is processed to answer you. See section 2 for the detail.

1.3 Analytics

We measure page views and button clicks with Plausible (cookieless) and Ahrefs Web Analytics, to see which pages are useful. If you arrive from a campaign link, we keep its UTM tags for the browser session and attach them to your enquiry if you send one. We do not run advertising trackers.

2. AI assistant on the website

What it is. A voice and text AI assistant, run on ElevenLabs. It tells you it is an AI, and you can ask for a person at any point.
Summary email. It emails you a short summary only if you ask. A copy always goes to our team so a person can follow up. It does not email you otherwise.
Contact form. It can fill the form on your screen but cannot send it. You review it and press Send.
Storage. The conversation (transcript and, for voice, audio) is held by ElevenLabs and automatically deleted after 30 days. We keep only the contact details and notes you chose to send us.
Please do not share health, financial-card or other sensitive information with the assistant.

3. Lawful basis

Consent for the assistant: you choose to use it, share details and ask for a summary. You can stop at any time.
Legitimate interests for replying to enquiries you send and for cookieless analytics.

4. Who processes your data

ElevenLabs — the website assistant (voice, text, transcripts)
Resend — delivery of enquiry and summary emails
Telegram — internal notification to our team about a new enquiry
Vercel — website hosting
Plausible and Ahrefs — analytics

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to train AI models. Some providers are outside the UK; where that happens we rely on their UK/EU transfer safeguards. See Security for our wider sub-processor list.

5. How long we keep it

Assistant conversations: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
Enquiries and summaries: while we are in touch with you about your request, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
Analytics: aggregated, with no cookies or personal profiles.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the data we hold, to object to its use, and to withdraw consent. Email info@fais.world. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Changes

We update the version date above whenever this policy changes.
