The gap isn't AI adoption — it's a repeatable donor workflow.
For charities and non-profits. Built for the Head of Fundraising or Director of Development who owns donor relationships and the revenue that depends on them.
92% of non-profits report using AI, but only 4% have a documented, repeatable workflow. The gap is process — which is a services purchase, not more software.
What it is
A documented, repeatable system built on your CRM data:
- Segmented donor acknowledgement that goes out reliably, not when someone remembers
- Lapsed-donor re-engagement that surfaces who to reach and drafts the outreach
- Grant-report drafting from the data you already hold
People stay in control
The AI drafts; a person approves anything sensitive before it reaches a donor or a funder. Every bot identifies itself as AI, and there's an audit trail of what was sent and approved. See our security, continuity and AI policy pages for how we handle donor data, where we're based, and how we disclose AI.
Price
From £3,500. We start with an AI Workflow Audit at £1,500, credited against the build if you go ahead.
Founding-client programme: our first 5 clients get the audit for £500 and the launch for £1,500 with the first month free, in exchange for a named case study. See the terms.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Donor Response System do?
It turns your CRM data into a repeatable donor workflow: segmented acknowledgements that go out reliably, lapsed-donor re-engagement that surfaces who to contact and drafts the outreach, and grant-report drafts from data you already hold. A person approves anything sensitive before it reaches a donor or funder.
Does it replace our CRM?
No. It is built on the CRM data you already hold rather than replacing your CRM. The audit maps where your donor data lives today and how acknowledgements, re-engagement and reporting currently happen, then the system is built around that — so your team keeps working in familiar tools.
How much does it cost?
From £3,500. We start with a £1,500 AI Workflow Audit, credited against the build if you go ahead. The audit documents your current donor workflow and gives you a scope and cost range before anything is built, so the board sees a clear budget before committing.
How long does it take?
Timing is set in the audit and depends on how many workflows you start with and the state of your CRM data. Most organisations start with a single workflow — usually donor acknowledgements — prove it works, then add re-engagement and grant reporting in the next stages.
Is our donor data safe?
Donor data is used only to operate your workflow — never to train or fine-tune any model, ours or a sub-processor's. Sub-processors are listed on our security page, a Data Processing Agreement is available on request, and every send that reaches a donor or funder is approved by a person, with an audit trail.
We already use AI. Why do we need this?
92% of non-profits report using AI, but only 4% have a documented, repeatable workflow. Ad-hoc prompting doesn't make acknowledgements go out on time or get lapsed donors contacted. The gap is process — which is a services purchase, not another software subscription.
